Kolkata: Social worker, industrialist, and public leader Mr. Kuldip Maity was warmly welcomed at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata on Wednesday.

A large number of supporters, workers, and dignitaries greeted him with bouquets and slogans upon his arrival.

Speaking to the media at the airport, Mr. Kuldip Maity said, “I have returned to Kolkata after visiting Lord Shiva and Mother Ganga. I salute the sacred land of Kolkata and the people of Kolkata.”

He extended his best wishes to the people of the state on the occasion of Independence Day, August 15th. He said, “August 15th is approaching. I urge everyone to pledge to hoist the tricolor in their homes, streets, neighborhoods, and offices. Jai Hind, Jai Bharat to all.”

Mr. Kuldip Maity stated that the development of Bengal and service to the people are his priorities. He said that in the future, he would work concretely to provide employment and education to unemployed youth. “Our goal is to ensure that no youth is deprived of education and employment. To this end, several schemes will be launched soon,” he said.

He also praised the work of the current state government. He said, “The new government is doing very good work in Bengal. I congratulate the government’s public welfare efforts and hope that Bengal will move further forward on the path of progress.”
