Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has declared the Odia film 'Aafaa' tax-free in the state. The film is directed by Pritiraj Satpathy and produced by Naina Das Tiwari. The proposal to exempt the film from entertainment tax was approved by the Chief Minister on Wednesday.
