Actress Sasmita Sahoo excited about her future projects

Talented actress Sasmita Sahoo started her journey by winning the reality show Kie Heba Mo Heroine season 3 and did several movies, including her debut movie, Happy Lucky afterwords, is currently shooting for her new movie Sriman Srijukta.

The second production of Shirdi Sai Baba Movies, the movie is produced by Pranay Jethi and directed by Niranjan Behera. In the movie, actor Sanu and Sasmita play lead roles, while Pradyumna Lenka, Chaudhary Jay Prakash Das, Rabi Das, and actress Lipsa Maharana play supporting roles. The shooting of the movie is presently happening in the City.

Talking to Odia celebrity Sasmita Sahoo said that from the beginning, she always wanted to be an actress. During her studies in Bhubaneswar, she participated in the reality show Kie Heba Mo Heroine on the Tarang channel and was the winner. After that, her career started with her first movie, Happy Lucky. Directed by Sudhansu Sahoo, Happy Lucky also starred Jyoti, Sambit, Elina, and veteran actor Mihir Das. Sasmita made her debut opposite Jyoti.

After that, she did Dhadkan re Tu, Pari Karibe Bhola Shankar, Romeo Robot, Kahi De Thare I Love You, among others. Sasmita said that her new movie, Sriman Srijukta, is a romantic comedy movie with a fun twist and cofusion and she is playing a smart, educated girl.

She was recently seen in Kahi De Thare I Love You, produced by Sidharth Music, starring Bhoomika Dash and others.

She will be seen next in Om Swaaha opposite her first film hero, Jyoti Ranjan Nayak, which will be released soon in theatres. She also has some other projects in her kitty and will start shooting. She wants to do more women-oriented roles in the coming days. Born in Bhubaneswar, Sasmita completed MSc in Physics from Rama Devi Women University. She said that she got a lot of support from her family.
