Urfi Javed to Attend Herbal Holi 2026 in Bhubaneswar, Swapna Pati Foundation to host grand celebration

Bhubaneswar: Popular Indian television actress Urfi Javed will participate in the 15th edition of Herbal Holi 2026 in Bhubaneswar, which will be organised by Swapna Pati Foundation at Hotel Sandys Tower on March 2.

The event aims to promote safe and eco-friendly celebrations of the festival of colours.

As in previous years, the foundation is fully prepared to celebrate Herbal Holi with the objective of encouraging people to use natural and chemical-free colours. The event is being organised in collaboration with Lavinswood International Private Limited, continuing its long-standing mission to spread awareness about safe Holi celebrations.

Holi, a festival symbolising joy, devotion and unity, is deeply connected with the spiritual traditions associated with Lord Krishna and Jagannath culture. Inspired by these values, the Herbal Holi initiative focuses on celebrating the festival responsibly.

The campaign was first started in 2011 with the message “Protect your skin from chemical colours.” Since then, the organisers have been encouraging people to avoid harmful synthetic colours that may cause skin allergies, eye irritation and environmental damage.

This year marks the 15th successful edition of the initiative, and organisers have planned a grand celebration. The programme will be held from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Hotel Sandys Tower, Bhubaneswar. Participants will play Holi using herbal colours made from natural ingredients such as turmeric, sandalwood, multani mitti, neem and beetroot.

The event will also feature live performances by singers Shahzad Ali and Shabab Sabri, along with appearances by actor Ajaz Khan and actress Urfi Javed.

Popular Ollywood artists including Subhasish Sharma (Montu), Suryamayee Mahapatra, Priyanka and Rishi Pattnaik will also perform, while DJ Ayush will entertain the audience with music.

Around 2,000 participants, along with several well-known industrialists and invited guests, are expected to attend the celebration. Tickets for the event are available on the online booking platform BookMyShow.
