‘Shikar’ Begins Its Journey with Script Puja on Saraswati Puja

Bhubaneswar: On the auspicious occasion of Saraswati Puja, the makers of Shikar formally began their creative journey with a traditional Script Puja, seeking divine blessings for knowledge, art, and storytelling.

The ceremony marked an important milestone for the film, symbolising a start rooted in wisdom and creative integrity.
Shikar promises a compelling narrative where human emotions rise above man-made laws and every decision carries lasting consequences.

Driven by themes of power, destiny, and ambition, the film explores the fragile line between truth and justice.

Directed by Mrutyunjaya Sahoo and produced by Sachikanta Jena, the film features Amlan Das, Aankit Kumar, Supriya Nayak, and Elina Samantaray in key roles.

Backed by Moon TV Movies in association with Sidharth Music and Prakash Films, the project also brings together music composer Baidyanath Dash, cinematographer Pratap Rout, and writer Priyabrata Panda.

Following the completion of script-reading sessions, the team is gearing up for the next phase of production. Further details, including the shooting schedule, will be announced soon. The makers planning to release the movie on Raja.
