‘Tarakasia’ from ‘Diary’ Celebrates the Magic of Love; Romantic Track Wins Audience Attention

Bhubaneswar: The makers of upcoming Odia film Diary have released Tarakasia, a soulful romantic track that highlights the film’s emotional core and the chemistry between lead actors Ardhendu and Jasmine Rath ahead of its Raja release.

Described as a celebration of love, longing and togetherness, Tarakasia blends heartfelt lyrics, soothing melodies and visually appealing sequences to create a memorable romantic experience. The song showcases the growing bond between the lead pair and offers audiences a glimpse into the film’s love story.

Sung by Satyajeet Jena and Ananya Sritam Nanda, the track features lyrics by J.P. Wordsmith and music composed by Somesh Satpathy. The song has already begun attracting attention from music lovers for its melodious composition and emotional appeal.

The release of Tarakasia comes as part of the promotional campaign for Diary, one of the anticipated Odia films of the Raja season. The film stars Ardhendu, Jasmine Rath and Pragyan in lead roles and is scheduled to hit theatres on June 12, 2026.

Produced by Ardhendu Sundar Sahu under the Adilakshmi Entertainment banner and co-produced by Adikanda Sahu, Diary is directed by Susant Mani. The story, screenplay and dialogues have been written by Kuna Tripathy, while cinematography has been handled by Sitanshu Mahapatra.

Earlier this week, the makers released the film’s official teaser, promising a narrative filled with love, emotions, suspense, relationships and unforgettable moments. The teaser, built around the theme that “every page has a story and every memory leaves a mark,” generated curiosity among audiences about the secrets hidden within the titular diary.

The film was previously introduced with the title Diary: A Story of Love, while promotional posters featuring Ardhendu and Jasmine highlighted its romantic and emotional themes. The makers have described the project as a journey where memories unfold, secrets emerge and destiny writes its own story.

Amara Muzik has joined the project as the music distributor, while AAO NXT is associated as the film’s OTT streaming partner. With Tarakasia receiving a positive response and the teaser already creating buzz, Diary continues to build momentum ahead of its Raja 2026 release.
