Makers begin search of ‘Nisha’ for Anubhav’s new movie ‘Raavan’

Bhubaneswar: After the super success of their movie Karma, director Anupam Patnaik and Anubhav Mohanty are set to reunite again for another movie titled Raavan.

The makers Sunday started the search for the lead actress opposite Anubhav in the movie Raavan.

Earlier, announcing the title with a poster, director Anupam Patnaik said, “Here’s our Diwali gift for you for next Dussehra! One of the most ambitious projects of the Odia film industry and, of course, superstar Anubhav Mohanty and my beloved team! Thank you for your overwhelming love and support for Karma! Now get set to go for “Raavan.”. Every End Has A New Beginning.

The film will bring Anupam Patnaik and Anubhav Mohanty together again after Karma, which completed 4 weeks in the cinema hall across the state.

The movie will be directed by Anupam Patnaik and will star Anubhav in the titular role.

The movie will be produced by Barsha Patnaik, Arpit Golecha, and Jagruti Shukla. Jagruti also wrote the story.

The screenplay and dialogues will be written by Manas Padhiary, Nishant Majithia, Jagruti Shukla, and Anupam Patnaik.

Anubhav Mohanty’s starrer Karma did very well at the box office well after releasing in cinema halls across the state on October 9. After collecting Rs 37.90 lakhs on the first day at the box office, the Anupam Patnaik-directed movie collected Rs 3.01 crore in the first week.
