International Women’s Day: Three women centric movies to hit screens 

Bhubaneswar: This international Women’s Day Three women centric movies will be released in cinema halls.

They are Trikanya, Operation 12/17 and Boss.

Amiya Patnaik Productions Trikanya directed by Anupam Patnaik comprises three unique narratives, each portraying a different facet of women’s lives. These stories explore themes of companionship, motherhood, and the complexities of marital relationships. Each tale unfolds with its own secrets and revelations, offering a glimpse into the emotional journeys of the women at their core”

The film features a stellar cast, including Barsha Patnaik, Manoj Mishra, Aman, Sradha Panigrahi, Partha Sarathi Ray, Nishanth Majithia, Sukant Rath, Nivy, and Sijan Mohapatra. The film will be released on March 8.

Operation 12/17 presented by Sai Lumbini Productions and stars Bhoomika Dash and Shreyan and directed by Sudhanshu Mohan Sahoo.

The story is based on the life of an army officer and his family. Talking about movie Bhoomika said “I am playing the character of a jawan’s wife. She is determined and with full confidence goes out to search his dismisses husband fighting against the society for her own faith n believe. This movie will inspire many women n girls to take a stand for themselves, raise a voice wherever required for a better change”

The film will be released on March 8 a special premiere will be organised at Maharaja cinema hall on March 7.

The third movie is Varsha Priyadarshini’s Boss. The movie is directed by Tripati Sahu while actress Varsha contributed in story, screenplay and as creative head. Ramesh Barik is the producer of the movie.

The movie will showcase Varsha as tough women Mayra Patnaik who is an independent women and can fight evil people with toughness. The movie will hit the screens on March 7
