Archita Sahu Joins Cast of ‘Delivery Boy 2’

Bhubaneswar: Popular Odia actress Archita Sahu, recently seen in the critically acclaimed biopic Pade Akasha, has joined the cast of the upcoming Odia movie Delivery Boy 2 — the much-anticipated sequel to the 2023 hit Delivery Boy.

Director Aswin Tripathy, while sharing a glimpse of the actress from the sets, teased fans with the caption: “The thrill is back with Delivery Boy 2. Guess the artist! Welcome to the board” The post quickly went viral, with fans excitedly naming Archita in the comments.

Earlier, the makers revealed the first look posters of lead actors Buddhaditya Mohanty and Sailendra Samantaray, who are reprising their roles from the original.

According to sources, the shooting of Delivery Boy 2 has been completed, and the release date will be announced soon.

It is directed by Aswin Tripathy and produced by Rojalin Mohanty and presented by Infyson Entertainment.

The original film, Delivery Boy, which released on April 7, 2023, revolved around the struggles and experiences of a young delivery boy navigating the challenges of his job. It featured performances from Buddhaditya Mohanty, Sailendra Samantaray, Suryamayee, Priyambada, Shanti Baral, and Chaudhary Bikash Das.

With a fresh storyline, new cast additions, and a more intense narrative hinted through its promotional material, Delivery Boy 2 promises to be a gripping sequel.
