Anubhav Mohanty’s ‘Chhaki Suna’ to Premiere on AAO NXT on August 15

Bhubaneswar: The suspense thriller ‘Chhaki Suna’, starring Ollywood superstar Anubhav Mohanty, is set for its digital premiere on AAO NXT on August 15, giving audiences another opportunity to watch one of Odisha’s most talked-about mystery dramas from the comfort of their homes.

Announcing the OTT release, the makers teased the film with the tagline: “The game is set. The players are chosen. There is… No Escape.” They described the film as a gripping mystery packed with hidden secrets, unexpected twists and a deadly puzzle waiting to be solved.

Written and directed by Manash Padhiary, Chhaki Suna has been presented by Amara Studios, 29 Two Nine Films and SM Entertainment, in association with Shivaansh Production. The film has been produced by Naveen Bhandari, Jagrati A. Mohanty, Suvam Mohanty and Suraj Mohnot.

The film was released in theatres across Odisha earlier this year, where it attracted audiences with its suspense-filled narrative and Anubhav Mohanty’s intense performance. The mystery thriller generated considerable buzz among moviegoers and emerged as one of the notable Odia releases of the season, earning appreciation for its engaging screenplay, atmospheric storytelling and unexpected plot twists.

The upcoming OTT premiere is expected to introduce the film to a wider audience, including viewers who missed its theatrical run.
