Actress Pushpalata belives to go with the flow and doesn’t overthink about the future

Budding Odia actress Pushpalata Mishra is a new emerging face in the Odia TV industry. She has been working as an actor in the industry since 2018. She has also acted in mega serials such as Savitri, Jiban Sathi, Nanada Putuli Kiye Para Kiye Apana ra etc.

She will soon debut in her first Odia movie, ‘Boss’, starring Varsha Priyadarshini in the lead role. In the film, she plays a character named Kuhu. The movie will release this Dusshera.

Talking to Odia Celebrity, Pushpalata said working with Varsha was a good experience. “It was a nice and fun environment. She is very professional on the sets and I learned a lot while working with her,” she said.

Pushpalata said she always wanted to come on the TV from her childhood days. “It’s not even acting but just to be on the TV. That dream continued when I grew up, and I pursued it when I heard about an audition for a serial in Tarang. I auditioned for it, and although I didn’t get that role, the channel people noticed me and gave me a chance in another serial and thus my career began,” she said.

Mishra said that she enjoyed working for TV serials and would like to focus more on this at present. Although she will debut in Odia movie soon, she said she wanted to do more TV serials as she was more comfortable in TV. “This doesn’t mean I am not open to movies,” she said. She also added that the TV work took most of her time.

The actress believes in going with the flow and doesn’t overthink the future. She said she had been a positive person and is currently in a good zone.

Talking about her fans, she said that her fans always sent her sweet messages on her social media profile and talked at length about her character. About the future, she said that her total focus is on TV and noting else.
