Krishna Kar Thanks ‘Monster – The Ultimate’ Team for Giving Him a ‘Lovely Character’

Bhubaneswar: Actor Krishna Kar has expressed his gratitude to the makers of the upcoming Odia action entertainer ‘Monster – The Ultimate’, saying he is thankful for being given a “lovely character” in the much-anticipated film.

Taking to social media, Krishna thanked director Sudhanshu Mohan Sahoo and production house Gopinath Motion Pictures for the opportunity.

“Thank you so much Sudhanshu Mohan Sahoo vaina and Gopinath Motion Pictures for giving me such a lovely character,” Krishna wrote. He also expressed his affection and gratitude towards lead actor Aaditya Mohapatra and Sambit Jena.

Krishna Kar is part of the ensemble cast of Monster – The Ultimate, which is shaping up as one of the major Odia action releases of 2026. The film stars Aaditya Mohapatra in the lead, alongside Dibyajyoti Tripathy, veteran actress Mahasweta Ray, Krishna Kar, Swapna Priyadarshini, Rajj Rajesh, Choudhury Jayprakash Das, Mithi and Aakash Rout.

Directed by Sudhanshu Mohan Sahoo and produced by Debraj Bidhar, with Anima Mohapatra serving as co-producer, the film is backed by Gopinath Motion Pictures. Aaditya Mohapatra has written the story and screenplay, while the dialogues have been penned by Amit Kumar Dash and Pranab Prasanna Rath. The music is composed by Baidyanath Dash and Ashish Pradhan.

The film has been generating considerable buzz for its larger-than-life action treatment and technical scale. Aaditya, who made his debut with the romantic drama I Love You 2, will be seen in a rugged action avatar in the film.
The makers have already released promotional material, including the energetic dance number ‘Rohi Sala Sala’ featuring Swapna Priyadarshini. Monster – The Ultimate is scheduled to hit cinemas in October 2026, during the Dussehra festive season.
Meanwhile, Krishna Kar has another major project lined up, as he will also be seen in the upcoming Odia film ‘Dandakali’, further adding to his slate of anticipated releases.
