Bhubaneswar: The title track of Sabyasachi Mishra’s upcoming film *Ananta* has been officially released on the Amara Muzik YouTube channel. Sung by Subhasis Mahakud, James, and Sanju Mohanty, the soulful number features lyrics by Dr. Nirmal Nayak and music composed by Abhijit Majumdar. The video also offers exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpses of the movie’s making and shooting.

*Ananta*, which was originally titled *Randipua Ananta*, has undergone a name change following public concerns over the original title. The film, produced by Amara Studios in association with Kumar Pictures, is directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Sabyasachi Mohapatra and is based on the classic short story *Randipua Ananta* by iconic Odia writer Byasakabi Fakir Mohan Senapati.

In an official statement, the makers expressed their decision to rename the film to *Ananta* in order to ensure wider acceptance while continuing to honor its literary origins. “Literature cannot be changed, so we are making the movie under the title *Ananta*, writing it as based on *Randipua Ananta* to respect the creation of Byasakabi,” the statement read.

Set for release this Raja festival, *Ananta* is already generating significant buzz across Odisha. Sabyasachi Mishra, known for his dedication to his roles, has undergone a dramatic physical transformation, gaining over 105 kg for the character. He was last seen in the critically acclaimed film *Pushkara*, directed by Subhransu Das.

The team concluded their announcement with a message to the public: “People of *Ananta*, get involved in the infinite thoughts. Jay Jagannath.”
