Title and Poster of New Odia Film ‘Nayika’ Unveiled in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: The title and poster of Jai Jagannath Natajyostana Production’s new Odia film Nayika were officially unveiled during a special event held in Bhubaneswar on Saturday.

The announcement was made in the presence of producer Rupesh Kumar Nayak, director Sudhanshu Mohan Sahoo, and veteran actress Maheswata Ray, who will play the titular role in the film.

Nayika is set against the backdrop of the film industry and explores the life and journey of an actress. The story and screenplay have been penned by noted writer Shankar Tripathy.

The film is co-produced by Sangeeta Bisoi, and shooting is expected to begin soon.

Jai Jagannath Natajyostana Production’s last film was Kemiti Ae Samparka, starring Aakash Das Nayak, Elina Samantaray.
