Suryamayee Impresses With Diversity in Roles

Upcoming Ollywood actress Suryamayee Mohapatra is one of the talented entrants who is impressing everybody with her variety of roles in her movie including Dalcheeni, Trushna, Delivery Boy and her latest movie IPS Durga which was premiered Sunday at Zee Sarthak channel.

IPS Durga sees Suryamayee playing a role of woman in Uniform and fighting against cyber crime. Talking about her latest movie IPS Durga, Suryamayee says “Before this movie, I had done one action movie which has not been released. Yet it helped me in getting into the character. In this movie I am playing a character in uniform for the first time, which was a different experience. The movie deals with cyber crime and how girls nowadays are facing such issue regularly, which attracted me”.

Suryamayee began her movie career by participating and winning the reality show Mu Bhi Heroine Hebi in 2015 and debuted opposite Babsuhaan in Bhala Paaye Tate 100 Ru 100.

The Miss Vizag runner up, Suryamayee said that in her first movie, she was little tense and didn’t know anything so at that time. “I was little rusty and was not satisfied with my performance”.

Born and brought up in Damanjodi, Suryamayee, after debuting in 2015 she did many movies and try to learn from makers including Shakti, Krishna, Aakhi Khuli Le Tu Hi Tu, Selifish Dil, Mr Majnu and others.

She said that as an actress I always focused on script and director because I believe that director’s vison is important. She said that in the industry where it was believed that two scene for female heroine is enough its difficult sometime to change the image but I am trying my best to do that with different roles.

She said that for her career she give credit to her sister who always encouraged her to pursue her movie career.

She has lot of projects in her lap and excited for it.
