The anthem captures the spirit of Odisha through its evocative lyrics and melodious composition, celebrating identity, heritage, and collective pride. Sung by Smrutika Padhy and Nihar Bagudai, the track is composed and produced by Kisaloy Roy.

The lyrics, penned by Manoj Kumar Panda and Shayeri C, highlight the cultural richness and emotional connect of the Odia identity. The song also features additional music production by Shruti Prakash Dash, with sitar performed by Navonil Bhattacharya, adding a classical touch.

Chorus vocals by Rajdeep and Nilabjo further enhance the anthem’s grandeur. The track was recorded across studios in Bhubaneswar and Kolkata, and mixed and mastered by Kisaloy Roy.

Bindusagar is slated for a theatrical release on April 17, 2026, and continues to build anticipation with each promotional release.
Earlier, the film garnered attention with its trailer, which tells the emotional story of a young woman returning to Bhubaneswar from abroad to fulfil her mother’s wish. The project has also received appreciation from actor Rana Daggubati, adding to its growing buzz.

Directed by Abhishek Swain and written by Abhishek Das, the film is produced by Shiladitya Bora along with Platoon One Films and Boundless Blackbuck Films in association with MDC Filmworks.

Featuring National Award–winning actor Prakruti Mishra in the lead, Bindusagar explores themes of love, loss, faith, and homecoming, rooted in Odia culture while aiming for universal resonance.

With the release of its Odia anthem, Bindusagar further strengthens its cultural connect as it gears up for its big-screen release this April.
