New Odia movie titled Dasama directed by Raja D and presented by D Films Cine Productions and Shradhanjali Entertainmenta Hs generated considerable buzz in the industry, with fans of Odia cinema hoping for its success on the big screen.
The movie is based on a story of school days and set to engage not just the actors but also every viewer through its screenplay. The film is scheduled to hit screens during Ganesh Puja.
In additional this, Odia Superstar Babushaan has joined the team as a playback singer, although he will not appear on screen. The song was recently recorded at the Somesh studio in Bhubaneswar.
Under the direction of Raja D., the shooting for the movie has been completed in various locations, including Puri, Bhubaneswar, and Jajpur. According to Director Raja D, the film revolves around the strong bond of friendship between Class-II and Class-X grade students.
The film features Sailendra Samantray, Akash Hota, Arman Mohanty, Jyoti, Nilakshi Patra, Simran, Suman Pattnaik, and many others in pivotal roles.
The songs in the film reflect the theme of friendship among the students. The screenplay and dialogues are by Kumarshri Sahu, produced by Deepak Kumar Jena and Sradha Panigrahi, and the camera work is done by Biswajeet Kuladi.
