Role of social media is now paramount: Pihu

Actress Pihu Mohapatra is a girl with multi talents. She is not only a good actress but also a talented voice over artist. She had given voice overs and dubbed for many actresses of the industry.

She is presently seen in Tarang channel’s popular show Tori Pain To Pain and will be next seen in an item song from upcoming movie Akashvani.

Talking about the new Movie Pihu, she said “This is my first item song and I am excited about it as an actress. I am ready for any type of role and ready for any challenges. Earlier also, I was called for some other item numbers but I was not ready at that time as I was just trying to focus on acting”she said.

Mohapatra had also done shows for Zee Sarthak and Star Kiran with shows such as Hey Prabhu, Tu Kahibu Na Mu.

Mohapatra, as a voice artist had dubbed for several actresses. She said that voice over roles had given her an opportunity to improve as an actress. She said voice artist opportunities gave her opportunity to showcase different emotions such as emotional, fun and other genres as per the demand of the makers.

Beginning her career in 2019, Pihu had started by participating in beauty pageants and reality shows such as Zee Sarthak’s Cine Stars ki Khoj.

Apart from Akashvani which will be her first theatrical movie Pihu had worked in movies which were released in streaming platforms and TV such as in Detective Karan Arjun, Lucky Ra Lockdown love story, Anamika Nayika and others.

Pihu has good social media followers and can be seen making reels regularly. Pihu said that in today’s time social media is very important nowadays as it helps people in getting the chance and scope to showcase their talents. It also helps one in connecting with the right people.
Born in Khurda district Pihu is studying Media and Mass Communication.
