‘Rohi Sala Sala’ Fulfils My Dream of Doing a Dance Number: Swapna Priyadarshini

Bhubaneswar: Actress Swapna Priyadarshini has marked a special milestone in her career with her first-ever dance number, ‘Rohi Sala Sala’, from the upcoming Odia action entertainer ‘Monster – The Ultimate’.

The song was released on Friday, with Swapna expressing her excitement over finally getting an opportunity to perform in a dedicated dance number.

“Some dreams arrive quietly… and some make an entrance. Today, one of my little dreams comes alive. My first ever dance number,” Swapna said in a social media post.
She said she had always wanted to be part of a song where she could dance, perform, feel the music and create a moment that would stay with her.

With ‘Rohi Sala Sala’, she said that dream had finally become a reality.
Urging audiences to enjoy the track, Swapna asked fans to turn up the volume, watch and share the song, and create their own reels with friends and family. She also called upon fans to tag the team and turn the song into a celebration.

The actress expressed her gratitude to the entire Monster team for making the opportunity possible. She specifically thanked choreographer Amit Nayak, director Sudhanshu Mohan Sahoo, lead actor Aaditya Mohapatra and Sambit Jena for giving her the opportunity and “gifting” her the song.
Swapna also thanked DOP Deepak Kumar for capturing the performers beautifully and makeup artist Andy for his contribution.

‘Rohi Sala Sala’ has music by Baidyanath Dash, with Chiragdeep Panda and Antara Chakraborty as singers. The lyrics have been penned by Dr Nirmal Nayak, while Amit Nayak has choreographed the dance number.

The song adds a vibrant dance element to Monster – The Ultimate, which stars emerging actor Aaditya Mohapatra in the lead alongside Dibyajyoti Tripathy, Mahasweta Ray, Krishna Kar, Rajj Rajesh, Choudhury Jayprakash Das, Mithi, Aakash Rout and Swapna Priyadarshini.

Directed by Sudhanshu Mohan Sahoo, the film is produced by Debraj Bidhar, with Anima Mohapatra as co-producer. Aaditya Mohapatra has written the story and screenplay, while Amit Kumar Dash and Pranab Prasanna Rath have penned the dialogues.
The makers have announced an October 2026 theatrical release for Monster – The Ultimate during the Dussehra festive season. With ‘Rohi Sala Sala’ now out, the film’s promotional campaign has gained further momentum.

Swapna has previously appeared in Odia films including ‘Love in London’ and ‘Gote Raja Thila’. She is also gearing up for her upcoming Odia film ‘Swag Raja’, in which she will be seen opposite actor Swaraj Barik, adding another notable project to her growing filmography.
