Pamela Chopra cremated: Aditya Chopra, Rani Mukerji and Uday request for privacy in this moment of sadness

Pamela Chopra, wife of movie mogul Yash Chopra and mother to Aditya & Uday Chopra breathed her last Thursday morning at a hospital in Mumbai.

Reportedly, Pamela was hospitalized for the past 15 days and was put on a ventilator when her condition deteriorated.

Issuing a statement about her demise, Aditya and Uday Chopra’s production house shared on social media, “With heavy hearts, the Chopra family would like to inform that Pamela Chopra, 74, passed away this morning. Her cremation took place at 11am today in Mumbai.” Requesting for privacy, the note further read, “We are grateful for your prayers and the family would like to request for privacy in this moment of deep sadness and reflection.
