Odia Stars Celebrate Rath Yatra with Devotion

Bhubaneswar: Several prominent stars from the Odia film industry paid heartfelt tributes to the Holy Trinity — Lord Jagannath, Devi Subhadra, and Lord Balabhadra — on the auspicious occasion of Rath Yatra, observed on Friday.

Many cine stars were seen making their way to Puri to seek divine blessings during the grand chariot festival.

Among them, popular actor-producer Archita Sahu and her husband, actor Sabyasachi Mishra, visited the holy city to offer prayers. Mishra expressed his gratitude to Lord Jagannath for blessing their recent film Ananta, which is currently performing well in theatres.

Actress Elina Samantaray also celebrated Rath Yatra in Bhubaneswar along with her husband, taking the blessings of Lord Jagannath and sharing her joy with fans.

Meanwhile, several other celebrated names from the Odia entertainment industry — including Sheetal Patra, Divya Mohanty, Lipsa Mishra, Akash Das Nayak, Papu Pom Pom, Subhasis Sharma, Sivani Sangita, Sritam Das, and others — actively participated in the live telecast of Rath Yatra on Alankar TV. The actors not only graced the event but also sang devotional bhajans and shared their personal experiences of the grand festival, spreading the spirit of devotion and festivity.
