Odia Film “Vaastav” to Release on October 18

Bhubaneswar: A press conference was held to announce the release date of the new Odia film “Vaastav”, produced by Banaswarna Television in association with LT Productions, after the completion of its shooting. The film Vaastav is set to be released on October 18.

Present on the occasion were the film’s producer Dr. Badrinath Pattnayak, director Lubun Tubun, publicity and promotion head Pranaya Jethi, noted cine producer and secretary of the Odisha Film Distributors Association Sacchikant Jena, actors Rabi Mishra, Ankita Dash, Mitu Mithun, DOP Kahnu Nanda Shubham, music director Vaidyanath Dash, and several others.

Vaastav is a suspense, thriller, and family drama film. The story, screenplay, and direction are by Lubun Tubun, while dialogues are written by Sanjay Mahakul. The film is co-produced by Nibedita Pattnayak. The songs, written by Arun Mantri, Nihar Priyashis, and Biku Babu, are composed by Vaidyanath Dash, and the montage song has been created by Gyan Behera.

Playback singers Human Sagar and Antariksya Nayak have lent their voices. All songs are choreographed by Lubun Tubun. Cinematography is handled by Kahnu Nanda Shubham, editing by Pintu Nayak, and action direction by Bijay Bal.

The cast includes Tushar Bedi, Ankita Dash, Rabi Mishra, Abhijit Dash, Bhupati Tripathy, Prabhati Sahu, Abhishek, Lulu Acharya, Madhusmita, Amar, Mitu Mithun, Sonali, Bijay, Akash, Pooja, Smita, Manoj Sahu, Shakti, and Surya, among others—each delivering remarkable performances in Bastaba.
