Odia film on Nanda Prusty among India’s Finest Cinema screened at 16th Habitat Film Festival

Bhubaneswar: India Habitat Center in New Delhi , one of the most prestigious cultural centers of India. It is hosting the 16th Habitat Film Festival till 12th may, It is showcasing many Films from across India which includes the likes of Devasish Makhija’s Joram starred by Manoj Bajpayee and many other Critically acclaimed Indian Films which have been showcased at popular film festivals Like Berlin, Cannes and Sundance.

It’s a special moment for all Odias to know, the feature film on famous free education icon and Padmashree Awardee Nanda Prusty called Nanda Master’nka Chatasali screened at the festival. It is directed by Odisha’s Pranab Aich (www.pranabkaich.com) and produced by senior Journalist Dr Abhaya Pati.

Pranab Aich were present to grace the occassion and attend the interaction with the audience.

Previously, the film was viewed and appreciated by Documentary Mogul Ikka Vehkahalati from Finaland, International producer Leena Vurma from Germany , SRFTI Director Himashu Khatua and Film Curator Jitendra Mishra at Film Bazaar, Iffi Goa. Then the film was world premiered at the prestigious Netpac Award Section of 29th Kolkota International Film Festival where it won special praise from the international jury and audience both..
