Lipi as Ardhendu’s On-Screen Sister in Challenge; Poster Unveiled on Rakhi Purnima

Bhubaneswar: The upcoming Odia film Challenge, slated for a grand Dussehra release, will see “Album Queen” Lipi Mahapatra in a fresh avatar—as actor Ardhendu Sahu’s sister. The first poster of the brother-sister duo was revealed on Rakhi Purnima, along with news of a heartfelt new Rakhi song.

On the auspicious occasion of Rakhi Purnima, the first poster featuring the on-screen brother-sister duo was publicized on social media. Audiences will also get to hear a brand-new Rakhi song, which will surely leave a lasting mark on their hearts.

Ardhendu Sahu is a well-known name in the Odia film industry. Along with acting, he has stepped into film production, contributing to the prestige of Odia cinema. Previously, he has produced action-packed films like Blackmail, Aa Aa Harshae, and Villain, entertaining audiences greatly. Recently, the first look of Challenge was released. The film is a mix of action and family drama and is the sixth venture under the Adilaxmi Entertainment banner.

Ardhendu always strives to do something new. In Challenge, veteran actor Puneet Issar—famous for playing Duryodhana in the Mahabharata TV series—will be seen in a powerful role. Popular bubbly actress Elina Samantaray will also be seen in the film. The successful music video pair from Jaiphul, Lippi and Pupinder Singh, will appear in special roles.

Young director Sai Kiran Mangaraj has helmed the project, with Gaurav Anand as the music director. Cinematography is by Pratap Raut, while Pranay Jethi handles publicity, promotion, and creative direction. Choreography is by Amit Nayak. The film will be released across Odisha this Dussehra under the Prakash Films Distribution banner.
