“It’s My Fault 100%, Akshay Kumar Breaks Silence On Consecutive Flops

Akshay Kumar has been facing a hard time at the BO with a string of recent flops to his credit. Some of his films haven’t worked well at the box office. Akshay kick-started 2023 with his recent film Selfiee, which was released in theatres, on Feb 24. However, it has taken a slow start and has been receiving mixed to the poor response from the audience and critics. Before Selfiee, Akki failed to give even one box office hit film in 2022.

The last hit film featuring the Khiladi released in 2021 was Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi alongside Katrina Kaif. The film also featured Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn in cameos. Now in his latest interview, Akshay has opened up about his string of consecutive flops.

The action star recently sat down for an interview with leading hindi media house where he spoke in detail about various issues surrounding him like his Canadian citizenship, his late mother, and also about Bollywood’s bad phase.

During the same interview, Akshay Kumar was asked about his consecutive box office flop films. Reacting to the question, he accepted that it is his 100% fault. He further said that the audience has changed now for which one needs to disengage and reinvent themselves.
