First Look of Bollywood Veteran Puneet Issar Unveiled in Upcoming Odia Film Challenge

Bhubaneswar: The makers of the much-anticipated Odia movie Challenge, starring Ardhendu and Elina, have unveiled the first look of veteran Bollywood actor Puneet Issar—known for his iconic portrayal of Duryodhan in the epic TV series Mahabharat and roles in films like Coolie, Border, and Ready.

Taking to social media, the team shared a striking poster of Issar with the caption:
“Get ready for the ultimate challenge! Here’s the first look of the legendary Puneet Issar in the upcoming Odia movie #Challenge!”
Directed by Sai Kiran Mangaraj (SKM) and produced by Adikanda Sahu under Adilaxmi Entertainment, in association with Zee Sarthak, the film is set to feature music by Amara Muzik. The film promises a blend of intense drama, powerful performances, and mass appeal—elements Odia audiences have come to love.

Earlier, the makers had released the first look of the lead pair, Ardhendu and Elina, further fueling fan anticipation. Challenge also marks Ardhendu’s big-screen comeback after his action-packed role in Villain, where he starred opposite Tamanna. That film was directed by Prithviraj Raj Patnaik and had enjoyed a successful run.

Slated for a grand Dussehra 2025 release, Challenge is shaping up to be one of the most awaited films in Odia cinema, uniting seasoned talent with a fresh narrative.
