Bhubaneswar: The makers of the upcoming Odia film Bindusagar have unveiled a new poster, highlighting the film’s emotional core and deep cultural roots ahead of its theatrical release. The film is scheduled to hit theatres worldwide on April 17, 2026.

Rooted in the fragrance of the soil and the depth of relationships, the film presents a heartfelt narrative that reflects everyday human emotions. The makers described Bindusagar as a simple yet profound reflection of how every tiny ‘Bindu’ (drop) of a moment comes together to form a vast ‘Sagar’ (ocean) of emotions.
They expressed confidence that the story will resonate strongly with audiences and “feel like your very own.”
Earlier, the film had generated buzz with the unveiling of its first-look teaser, which offered a glimpse into its evocative musical and emotional world. The project explores themes of love, loss, faith, and homecoming, blending a story rooted in Odia culture with universal appeal.
