Bhubaneswar: Director Anupam Patnaik’s much-talked-about Odia film “Mantra Muugdha” is enjoying a strong run at the box office, crossing the Rs 3 crore mark within just 15 days of its release.

The film, which hit theatres on May 1, has not only performed well in Odisha but has also received an encouraging response from audiences outside the state. Riding on positive word-of-mouth and growing popularity, Mantra Muugdha has emerged as one of the notable Odia film successes of the year.

Sharing the update on social media, the makers revealed the film’s box office figures. According to a poster shared online, Mantra Mugdha has collected Rs 3.06 crore within two weeks of its release.

As the film enters its third week in theatres, audience enthusiasm appears to be growing further. In the caption accompanying the poster, the makers wrote: “Two weeks of complete entertainment. Rs 3.06 crore earned at the box office and the madness is only getting bigger. Thank you for all the love, support and houseful vibes that made this journey unforgettable.”
