Amiya Patnaik Productions’ Mantra Muugdha to Release First Song ‘Jalsa’ Tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: Amiya Patnaik Productions’ upcoming Odia movie Mantra Muugdha is all set to release its first song, ‘Jalsa’, tomorrow. The high-energy dance track features actors Suryamayee Mohapatra, Manmay Dey, Sanoj Kumar, and Sarthak Bharadwaj.

Composed by Ashish Pradhan and sung by Humane Sagar and Antara Chakraborty, the makers have teased the track as “the chartbuster of the year”, promising electrifying beats and vibrant choreography. Sharing the teaser, the team wrote:
“Step into the ultimate dance revolution with Jalsa – a track built to ignite every floor, fuel every workout, and turn every moment into a celebration!”

The first shooting schedule for Mantra Muugdha was completed in Bhubaneswar, where this song was also filmed. The second schedule is currently underway in Ganjam.

Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Anupam Patnaik, the film is produced by Barsha Patnaik under the banner of Amiya Patnaik Productions. The star cast includes Bhoomika Dash, Suryamayee Mohapatra, Sanoj Kumar, Manmay Dey, Sarthak Bharadwaj, and Dipanwit Das Mohapatra.

The supporting ensemble features Hara Ratha, Chaudhary Jayaprakash Das, Nishant Majithia, Soma Hota, Bhakti Das, popular TV actress Pihu Mohapatra, and digital creator Mr. Raut.

Behind the scenes, the film boasts Deepak Kumar (Cinematography), Rashmi Ranjan Das (Editing), Shakti Swaroop Dwivedi (Sound Design), and Chandrasekhar Sharma (Sync Sound). The story is co-written by Anupam Patnaik and Roshan Bishoi, with Rohit Gehlot and Anupam Patnaik handling the screenplay, and dialogues by Pranab Rath with support from Nishant Majithia.

In a first for Odia cinema, the movie brings together five music directors — Ashish Pradhan, Anurag Patnaik, Sangeet Patnaik, Anurag Panda, and Raumy Raj Pradhan — for a rich and diverse soundtrack.
