Amiya Patnaik Productions Drops First Song ‘Jalsa’ from Mantra Muugdha

Bhubaneswar: Amiya Patnaik Productions has released the first song, ‘Jalsa’, from its upcoming Odia movie Mantra Muugdha. The track, touted as a chartbuster, features Suryamayee Mohapatra, Manmay Dey, Sanoj Kumar, and Sarthak Bharadwaj. Composed by Ashish Pradhan and sung by Humane Sagar and Antara Chakraborty, the high-energy dance number premiered on Tarang Music’s YouTube channel.

“Step into the ultimate dance revolution with ‘Jalsa’—a track built to ignite every floor, fuel every workout, and turn every moment into a celebration!” said the makers during the launch.

The first shooting schedule of the film, including this song, was completed in Bhubaneswar, while the second schedule is currently underway in Ganjam.

Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Anupam Patnaik and produced by Barsha Pattnaik, Mantra Muugdha stars Bhoomika Dash, alongside Suryamayee Mohapatra, Manmay Dey, Sanoj Kumar, Sarthak Bharadwaj, and Dipanwit Das Mohapatra. The supporting cast includes Hara Rath, Chaudhary Jayaprakash Das, Nishant Majithia, Soma Hota, Bhakti Das, Pihu Mohapatra, and digital creator Mr. Raut.

Behind the scenes, Deepak Kumar handles cinematography, Rashmi Ranjan Das edits, Shakti Swaroop Dwivedi designs sound, and Chandrasekhar Sharma manages sync sound. The story is co-written by Anupam Patnaik and Roshan Bishoi, with a screenplay by Rohit Gehlot and Anupam Patnaik, and dialogues by Pranab Rath with inputs from Nishant Majithia.

In a first for Odia cinema, the film brings together five music directors—Ashish Pradhan, Anurag Pattnaik, Sangeet Pattnaik, Anurag Panda, and Raumy Raj Pradhan—for a rich, multi-layered soundtrack.
