Actor Sabyasachi starred movie ‘Pushkara’ based on Odia Novel Nada Bindu [Watch Promo]

Tarang Cine Production is set with its Big Show movie ‘Pushkara’. Based on the Odia Novel Nada Bindu, the first video promo of the film dropped on social media channels on 3rd January, this year.

Directed by Subhransu Das, the unique Odia story was penned by Sankar Tripathy. Music produced by Bibhuti Bhusan Garnaik and screenplay by Debidutta Mohanty, Chitra Pattanaik and Janmejay Singh.

In the promo video, the star cast of the movie shared their brief view about the storyline of the film. “Not Just a cinema the entire story of the Pushkara is based on Odisha’s tradition, art, culture and environmental status. A full package of suspense in the entire movie” said actor Sabyasachi Mishra.

Sabya further added, “Since a year we are working on this project. Because of the amazing character, I could not get over form the role. So I adopted this look even after the shooting. For the first time in my career, I am playing this kind of unconventional character.”

The Co-star Supriya said, “Pushkara is not a created one, rather the adoption of Odia Novel Nada Bindu. I am proud to be part of the cinema.”

Sankar Tripathy the story writer said, “The Novel was published in the year 2000. After coming across the novel I thought of giving new life to the story on the same day. I believe that the audience will shower their love and affection after watching this unique story.”

“No doubt, it was a new experience for me since it’s my first film as director. The best part of the movie is it is based on an original story,” said the director Subhransu Das. The story begins and ends with a ritual. It was challenging to recreate and shoot with the same ambience throughout the film, he added.

With the extinction of culture and tradition day by day, the film Pushkara soon going to connect the audience with the reality of life.
