Aaji Ra Rebati Team Shows Solidarity with Ghamaghot on 25th Day Milestone

Bhubaneswar: The team behind Aaji Ra Rebati, gearing up for the film’s release on April 11, made a special visit to Stutee Cinema Hall to celebrate the 25-day success of Ghamaghot.

This rare show of solidarity between two films from the same industry highlights the positive spirit of the local film scene.

Ghamaghot, directed by Raja D and produced by Kaushik Das under Kaustav Dreamworks Studios, continues to dominate the box office.

To mark this achievement, the team recently launched Telugu and Malayalam trailers, signaling the film’s upcoming release in southern districts of Odisha, Vishakhapatnam, and select parts of Kerala.

The film’s focus on the fierce rivalry between two gangs, coupled with its commitment to realism, has struck a chord with audiences.

In a heartfelt exchange, the stars of Ghamghot met with the Aaji Ra Rebati team and thanked them for their support. On this occasion, Aaji Ra Rebati producer Ramesh Barik, along with actors Rabi Mishra, Sukant Rath, Pushpa Panda, Bidushmita, and Creative Head Pranay Jethy, were present to celebrate the moment.

Aaji Ra Rebati, directed by Subhranshu Das, is set in the early 1990s and follows the inspiring journey of Rebati, a woman who overcomes numerous obstacles to achieve her dreams. The film stars Sheetal Patra in the titular role, with Bonny Sengupta playing a key role. The supporting cast includes Usasi Mishra, Pushpa Panda, Sukant Rath, Ravi Mishra, and Prithviraj Nayak.

Both films, with their compelling storytelling and strong performances, reflect the growing vibrancy of the Odia film industry.
