Bhubaneswar: The makers of the upcoming Odia film KANGULA – Maa Kali Ra Danda Nacha have officially released the trailer of the movie ahead of its worldwide theatrical release on April 24, 2026. The trailer offers a powerful glimpse into a spiritually charged story rooted in Odisha’s sacred traditions, while building excitement among audiences.

The visuals highlight a gripping narrative inspired by Odisha’s revered Danda Nacha tradition, where devotion and endurance become a form of spiritual strength. The makers describe the film as not just a story, but “a ritual” and “a roar of faith.”
Deeply connected to the soil and culture of Odisha, Kangula is centered around the fierce spiritual energy of Maa Kali. The trailer showcases dramatic moments of struggle, faith and transformation, suggesting a narrative that spans generations.
