‘Shree Jagannathanka Nabakalebara’ Film Released Nationwide

Bhubaneswar: The highly awaited film Shree Jagannathanka Nabakalebara was released in 100 Cinema halls across India on Friday, with a special premiere held at Cinepolis Bhubaneswar, graced by the film’s cast.

Directed by Saubhagyalaxmi Jena in her debut venture and co-produced with Dilip Kumar Jena under Sai Shraddha Tele Productions, the film is a grand tribute to the spiritual glory of Lord Jagannath. Inspired by a popular play written by Odisha Sahitya Akademi awardee Shankar Tripathy, the film took nearly three years to complete.

The ensemble cast includes Sidhant Mohapatra, Suryamayee Mohapatra, Jyoti Ranjan Nayak, Sivani Sangita , Sritam Das, Anshuman, and several other prominent Odia actors. The film features seven melodious tracks composed by Malay Mishra, with vocal performances by Ira Mohanty, Satyajit Pradhan, Antara Chakraborty, and Satyabrata Sahu. The viral devotional song “Jagatare Paibuni Emiti Thakur” is penned by Dr. Nirmal Nayak.

Renowned spiritual leader Guruji Chandrabhanu Satapathy also contributed by composing and writing two songs. Choreography is by Bobby Islam and Jeetu Raut, cinematography by Dhruvananda Panda, and editing by Sukumar Mani. Publicity is managed by Haraprasad Mahapatra.
