Zee Sarthak to Telecast Hit Odia Film “Dasama” This Dussehra

Bhubaneswar: With its unique entertainment-based programs and blockbuster movies, Zee Sarthak has reached every Odia household, making it today’s No. 1 entertainment channel in Odisha. Several of its films have been successful, and adding to that list is “Dasama”, a different story that brings together the experiences of Class 10 students, directed by Raja D. The film will be telecast this Dussehra on Zee Sarthak, 28th September at 6:30 PM.

In a society bound by tradition and fear, “Dasama” portrays the emotional and psychological journey of every student. Notably, it is the first Odia musical film in which popular actor Babushan has also lent his voice to a major song.

The film stars Sailendra Samantaray, Akash Hota, Phani Pratik, Arman Mohanty, Jonty, Simran, Neelakhi, Suman Pattnayak, along with senior actors Ravi Mishra and Sushant Das Mahapatra in prominent roles. Based on sweet and sour memories of school life and Class 10 experiences, the film performed remarkably well in theatres.
