Valentine’s Day 2024: Ollywood stars celebrated the day of Love

Bhubaneswar: Ollywood celebrities Sabyasachi Mishra, Archita Sahu, , Divta Mihnaty, Tamanna, Sivani Sangita , Elina Samantaray, and others celebrated Valentine’s Day with grand gestures and heartfelt messages.

For lovebirds across the globe, Valentine’s Day is one of the most anticipated occasions of the year, and it’s no different in the City. A lot of pop-up dinners, couple dance nights, V-Day games, and other such events happened during Valentine’s Week. However, the D-day, Valentine’s Day Wednesday, seems to have turned a dampener as members of some outfits issued warnings ahead of the day.

Parks in the City wore a deserted look as the miscreants had forced young couples to engage in indecent activities last year at public places on this day. Some were made to get married with exchanges of ‘barmalas’ while a few others were hounded like criminals.

Therefore, many couples decided to remain indoors to avoid harassment by the anti-Valentine activists. This resulted in major parks in the city – Jayadev Vatika, Indira Gandhi Park, and Science Park—not having any visitors during the day.

The prospective couples preferred to visit hotels and restaurants for lunch or dinner with their special ones to celebrate V-Day.

City hotels also didn’t leave any chance to make the most of it by offering hefty discounts and offers for the loved-up couples.
