Three Indian films get Oscar Nod

In a good news for India and Indian film industry three Indian movies got Oscar nominations in different categories.

Naatu Naatu the popular song from blockbuster movie RRR earned the nomination for the original song, while All that breathes and The Elephant Whispers got nomination in Documentary Feature and Documentary Short categories.

Unfortunately, The Last Show India’s official entry at Oscar in the internet feature film category failed to make the cut in final five.

Naatu Naatu will compete with Applause from Tell it like a Women, Hold My Hand from Top Gun: Maverick, Lift Me Up from Black Panther : Wakanda Forever and This is Life from Everything Everywhere All At Once.

Naatu Naatu song was composed by MM Keeravani and sung by Kaala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj.

Audiences Praised Ram Charan & NTR Jrs Dance Moves in Natu Natu

Earlier, the song had won awards at Golden Globes and Critics choice Award.

The song filmed on Fam Charan and NTR Jr is choreographed by Prem Rakshith. The movie RRR is directed by SS Rajamouli.

All That breathes is a story of two brothers who devote their life To protect the bird known as Black Kite amidst the backdrop of Delhi’s Apocalyptic air and escalating violence. It is directed by Shaunak Sen.

The Elephant Whisperers isa story of Bomman and Bellie a couple in South India who devote their life to caring for an orphaned elephant named Raghu.
