Bhubaneswar:  Teaser of a new Odia movie Phalguna Chaitra was released by the makers Saturday. The movie starring Partha Sarthi Ray, Choudhary Jay Prakash Das, Ananya Mishra, BM Baisali and others, is directed by Peenakee Singh and Sisir Kumar Sahu and produced by Sakti Jagdev
