STA praises actor Sidhant for being a Good Samaritan

Bhubaneswar: The State Transport Authority (STA) on Monday praised former Parliamentarian and actor Sidhant Mohapatra for helping accident victim in Bhubaneswar.

In a tweet on Monday STA said “Good Samaritans like Sidhant Mohapatra are source of inspiration for all of us. Thank you for being a role model. Do not hesitate. Your timely assistance during the Golden hour (first hour) of road accident can save lives. Protection of a Good Samaritan is guaranteed by law tweet said.

An accident victim got a new lease of life, thanks to the timely intervention of actor and former MP Sidhant Mohapatra, who turned out to be a Good Samaritan and helped the victim reach the hospital on time.

The actor not only admitted the victim to a private hospital but also stayed with him until the arrival of his family members and ensured that he was provided with proper treatment. He also met the family members of the victim and talked to them after they arrived at the hospital.
