Ranbir, Shradhha starrer TJMM close to Rs 100 crore club

The Holi release of bollywood, Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar has continued it’s decent good run at the box office. Directed by Luv Ranjan, TJMM remained steady on day 9, bringing in Rs 5.60 crore (early estimates). The film is moving closer to the Rs 100 crore mark with each passing day.

After the back-to-back failures of Shehzada and Selfiee, cinema goers were looking out for a film that would keep them glued while being entertaining at the same time. Luv Ranjan, who is known for his light-hearted romantic comedies, once again managed to strike a chord with the audience with his storyline and direction.

Besides, Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor’s fresh pairing and sizzling chemistry also wowed the audiences very much.

With approximately Rs 5.60 crore coming in on Wednesday, the total box office collection of Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar stands at a healthy Rs 87 crore. The film is expected to enter the Rs 100 crore club in its second weekend.
