The trailer release of highly anticipated Odia movie Malyagiri starring Babushaan Mohanty, Amlan Das and others, which was scheduled to release on Sunday (October 15) was postponed due to some technical reasons.
The makers shared the information in the social media saying “Due to some technical issues, we are postponing our trailer. We are working round the clock to present you a quality cinematic experience and we do not want to harm that by releasing it in a compromised way. We assure you that the trailer will give you one of the best visual experiences in Odia cinema and we are equally excited to share the same with all of you.”
The movie will hit the screens on October 19 and on Sunday received the U/A certificate from Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).
Meanwhile the makers released a interaction video of the star cast at Amara Muzic YouTube channel where the main star cast of the movie including Babushaan Mohanty, Amlan Das, Sivani Sangit and Suryamayee Mohapatra shared their experience of working in the movie.
Earlier the teaser of the movie was released on September 6. The 1:46 min teaser showcase the glimpse of lead heroes Babushaan Mohanty and Amlan Das. The teaser also showcase Suryamayee Mohapatra and Sivani Sangita in village girls avatar.
In the teaser a child asked her grandma for a story to which grand mother tells the story of a jungle where there lived a tiger and a lion”
The makers also had released two songs of the movie Dhulia Janda and Chahala.
Malyagiri stars Babushaan Mohanty, Amlan Das, Sivani Sangita and Suryamayee.
Malyagiri is directed by Prithvi Raj Pattnaik and Produced by Rinku Rinu Jena.
Amara Muzik is the official music label of Malyagiri. This movie is made under the banner of Raindrop Pictures in association with Keeves Entertainment, Tathya Productions and Babushaan Films.
Malyagiri will be releasing in theatres on October 19. Priithvi Raj Patnaik is the director of the movie. Its music is composed by Gourab Ananda. Amit Kumar Das is the storyteller of this cinema. Rudrakant Singh is the cinematographer.

Set in Malyagiri, a mountain peak in the Malayagiri hills subrange of the Garhjat Range. It is located near Pal Lahara town near Angul in the Angul district of Odisha.
