Bhubaneswar: This Friday (October 6) Odia movie lovers get the chance to see two different but good Odia movies clashed at cinema halls across the state.
Mindgame and Kaincha Mali released together on October 6 (Friday) which makes fan excited. Both are different movies in terms of genre.
The crime thriller Mindgame inspired by the incident of 2018’s sensational Patnagarh parcel bomb case in Bolangir district, will be releasing across the state on October 6.
The star of the movie Manoj Mishra visited Samaleswari temple in Sambalpur to take blessings of Maa Samlei. The movie is releasing in four languages Odia, Telugu, Hindi and Sambalpuri.
Meanwhile, the victims family of Patnagarh case met the producer of Mindgame Sridhar Martha and watched special show in Sambalpur with the cast of the movie.
Inspired from a shockingly true incident of Hate and Revenge, the film is an investigative thriller that explores the mind-set of a criminal hiding in plain sight. A newly married couple receives a gift box five days after their wedding, their happiness turns short lived when the gift turns out to be a bomb that kills the husband and his grandmother and seriously injuring the wife. A massive investigation begins to find the killer.
The movie stars Bollywood actor Atul Kulkarni, Yashpal Sharma, Odia actor Manoj Mishra, Anu Choudhury, Tanikella Bharani, Chinmay Mishra, Apsara Rani, Pushpa Panda,. It is directed by Rajesh Touchriver and produced by Sridhar Martha.
Meanwhile, Omkar Productions first venture, Odia movie ‘Kaincha Mali’ also releasing on October 6. The movie starring Subhasis Sharma and Namrata Thapa is a story of special bond between brother and sister played by Subhasis and Namrata Thapa in the movie.

The movie is written by Biswa Bushan Mishra and will be directed by Mahesh Hazra and produced by Satyajit Baug.
The movie stars Subhasis Sharma, Supriya Nayak, Namrata Thapa, Dushmant Panda, Ashrumochan Mohanty, Priyana Mohapatra, Ashok Das, Manisha Mishra, Bhupati Tripathy, Piyush Tripathy, Uditguru Mohapatra, Kalicharan, and Debasish Das.
Other important roles in the movie are played by Amita, Veer, Subhasini, Ayesha, Bibhudixit, Sipun, Pratap, Braja Singh and Gyana. The music of the movie is provided by Baidyanath Dash,
