Bhubaneswar: The promotional campaign for the upcoming horror-comedy Mantra Muugdha gathered momentum as members of the film’s team visited Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) for a special interaction with students during the Under25 Summit held in Bhubaneswar recently.

Actors Bhoomika Dash, Manmay Dey, along with producer Barsha Patnaik and other members of the team, engaged with the audience, sharing insights about the making of the horror-comedy and their experiences portraying unique characters. The session, titled “Building Characters That Feel Real ft. Team Mantra Muugdha,” was moderated by Harsh Tiwari.
Sharing images from the event, the team highlighted the vibrant atmosphere created at the Under25 Summit hosted at the KIIT campus. They described the interaction as a “wholesome vibe,” with enthusiastic participation from students and cinema enthusiasts. The visit also served as a platform to connect directly with younger audiences ahead of the film’s release.
The campus promotion comes amid rising buzz for Mantra Muugdha, whose teaser recently crossed 500K+ views online. The makers have also announced that the teaser will be screened in theatres alongside Dhurandhar 2, which is scheduled for release on March 19, further expanding the film’s reach.
Produced under the banner of Amiya Patnaik Productions and directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Anupam Patnaik, the film has already drawn attention for its innovative promotional strategies, including a drone teaser launch in Bhubaneswar.
With campus promotions, growing digital traction, and theatrical teaser screenings, Mantra Muugdha continues to build anticipation ahead of its May 1 release, promising audiences a unique blend of horror and comedy.
