Manoj Mishra’s ‘AWM: Agney Weds Minal’ to Hit Screens This Dussehra

Bhubaneswar: The first look of the much-awaited Sambalpuri film ‘AWM: Agney Weds Minal’ has been unveiled, with the makers announcing that the film will hit cinemas this Dussehra.

Presented by Manoj Mishra Films, the film is being made in association with Maa Sindura Gauri Productions, Shalom Films, Bhabya Films and Prakash Films. The first-look poster introduces Agney and Minal, hinting at a relationship-driven story centred around the lives of the two characters.

The film is directed by Rishav Agrawal and produced by Manoj Mishra, Mamta Nanda, Jagan Mahanta, Foram Rishav Agrawal and Prashant Behera.

‘AWM’ is inspired by the lives of real couples and is expected to explore love, relationships and the complexities of married life through a Sambalpuri narrative. The title ‘Agney Weds Minal’ further establishes the central relationship around which the story revolves.

The film stars Manoj Mishra, Arlin Ankita, Usasi Mishra, Shakti Baral, Sanjay Mohapatra, Akash and P Sima, among others.

The story has been penned by Manoj Mishra and Rishav Agrawal, while Rishav Agrawal has handled the screenplay. Atishay Mishra has contributed additional screenplay, with dialogues by Rishav Agrawal, Manoj Mishra and Ojaswini Mahar.

Akshay Vairagi has composed the music and Jithin K Roshan has scored the background music.
The makers have now confirmed the film’s theatrical release for this Dussehra, making ‘AWM: Agney Weds Minal’ one of the upcoming Sambalpuri films to watch out for during the festive season.
