Bhubaneswar: The makers of the recently released Odia film Delivery Boy 2 have issued a strong appeal to the public to refrain from piracy and watch the film only in theatres.

In an official statement, the production team said, “SAY NO TO PIRACY. PIRACY IS A CRIME. We have recently noticed that our movie has been pirated on multiple platforms. If found, cases will be registered and FIRs will be lodged as it is a cybercrime. Respect cinema, stop piracy.”
The makers stressed that piracy is not just theft of a film but also a robbery of the hard work, dreams, and efforts of hundreds of people involved in its creation. They warned that strict legal action will be taken against anyone found guilty.
Delivery Boy 2, directed by Aswin Tripathy, is the sequel to the 2023 film Delivery Boy. The movie, which explores the serious consequences of fake news, has completed two weeks in theatres and is now entering its third week.
The film features Archita Sahu, Sailendra Samantaray, Buddhaditya Mohanty, and others in lead roles.
