Bhubaneswar: Ghamaghot, an action-packed thriller that has taken the film world by storm since its release on March 13.

As Ghamaghot continues to dominate the box office and entered the fourth week , its reach is expanding beyond Odisha. The Telugu and Malayalam trailers have now been released, with the film set to make its debut in southern districts of Odisha,Vishakhapatnam, and select parts of Kerala soon.

This wide release signals the film’s potential to capture audiences across regions, further solidifying its place as a powerhouse in the thriller genre.

Directed by Raja D and produced by Kaushik Das, the film focuses on the fight between these two gangs. But what sets it apart from other thrillers is the film’s commitment to realism.

Unlike most films, where stunt doubles perform the dangerous action sequences, the actors in *Ghamaghot* perform every stunt themselves. This choice gives the movie an electrifying edge, as each action scene feels intensely personal and authentic. The blood, sweat, and tears you see on screen are real, with each actor pushing themselves physically to their limits.

Abhishek Panda, Deepak Parida, Biswajit Rout, Xonty, Akash Hota, and other members of the ensemble cast deliver outstanding performances. These young actors breathe life into their characters, creating a sense of urgency that hooks the audience from start to finish.

Their dedication and hard work show in every scene, making the film’s fight sequences even more gripping and intense.
Despite the intensity of the action, the safety of the cast was a top priority for the director. Raja D made sure every actor was fully insured before filming any high-risk scenes, ensuring that while the action was real, the actors were protected. This thoughtful consideration helped maintain the realism of the film while keeping the team safe, and it paid off, with the finished product feeling authentic and thrilling.

Celebrities and public figures, from the likes of Sukanta Rath to influential politician Manmath Routray, have praised Ghamaghot* for its high-octane action and powerful performances. They’ve recognized the raw intensity and superb acting from the young cast, each of whom adds a unique layer to the story.
