“Delivery Boy 2” Released in 50 Theatres During Ganesh Puja, Over 150 Shows Running

Bhubaneswar: On the occasion of Ganesh Puja, the Odia film Delivery Boy 2 was released. Following the grand success of Delivery Boy, the sequel Delivery Boy 2 — made with a multi-star cast — is now all set to make a big splash in the Ganesh Puja market. Targeting the youth audience, young director Ashwin Tripathy has crafted an impressive concept. Delivery Boy 2 is a suspense-filled thriller that keeps viewers on the edge of their seats.

The film had its premiere at Swati Cineplex in Bhubaneswar, where many eminent personalities from Ollywood — producers, directors, and film critics — along with the entire cast and crew of Delivery Boy 2, watched the full film. Audiences highly praised the performances of Buddhaditya, Archita, Pupinder, Sushant Das Mahapatra, Sritam Das, Santu Nijey, Sailendra, and Priyambada.

Director Ashwin Tripathy, who made his mark in filmmaking with Delivery Boy, received widespread appreciation for his vision in this sequel. The film’s cinematography was handled by Ishwar Barik, music direction by Baidyanath Dash, and media planning and promotion by Pranay Jethi from Media Planner.

While Archita, Sailendra, Buddhaditya, Priyambada, Sushant Das Mahapatra, Santu Nijey, and Pupinder Singh played key roles, the bubbly actress Bhoomika Dash gave a powerful dance performance in the promotional song Local Madhuri.

Interest and love for Odia cinema among Odia audiences has significantly increased. Recently, many Odia films have achieved commercial success. Hence, the production team is hopeful that Delivery Boy 2 will also receive similar love and success.
