Actress Sanya Malhotra to visit Bhubaneswar tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: Bollywood actress Sanya Malhotra, well-known for her roles in films like Jawan, Dangal and Badhai Ho, will be star attraction of Blenders Pride Glassware Fashion NXT Festival at Sandyas tower Bhubaneswar on Saturday.

Sanya will be showstopper at the event for the fashion designer Nachiket Barve.

Apart from her, singer and dance music producer Ritviz will also be star attraction of the festival. Trained in classical Hindustani music and with an unending love for unique soundscapes, Pune-based Ritviz, is a singer and dance music producer.

His last release was an 8 track album titled, ‘Mimmi’ – featuring a collaboration with his mother, Anvita Bharti, a classic vocalist!

Ritviz’s music is bass heavy, and rich in Indian sounds owing to his training in Hindustani classical music. With a discography that fits right into any and every mood, he’s engaged audiences with a distinctive style. His music began featuring on every party goer’s playlist following the release of the crowd favourite, ‘Udd Gaye’!

Sanya has had supporting roles in the sports film Dangal (2016) and the action film Jawan (2023), both of which rank among the highest-grossing Indian films. Her other commercially successful films were the comedy Badhaai Ho (2018) and the biopic Sam Bahadur (2023).

Malhotra received nominations for the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actress for her leading roles in the drama Photograph (2019) and the black comedy Ludo (2020). She also received praise for starring in the streaming films Shakuntala Devi (2020), Pagglait (2021), Love Hostel (2022) and Kathal (2023). The last of these earned her a Filmfare OTT Award.
