Comic Sidharth Sagar denies quitting The Kapil Sharma Show, Alleges ‘Fake news’
Fans of the comedy weekly The Kapil Sharma Show were shocked after reports came in that Sidharth Sagar too, has quit. The news comes in the wake of fans already missing another show regular Krushna Abhishek. Meanwhile, Sidharth has denied the same while in conversation with a media house.
“There’s nothing like this. It’s all fake news,” Sidharth was quoted as saying. When asked if he is shooting for the show, the actor said, “I did not shoot for the last few episodes. But I have just spoken with the team ”
As per recent news reports, Sidharth Sagar was not happy with his remuneration and hence decided to end the partnership. The actor had reportedly asked for a fee hike but was denied, hence leading to his adverse decision. When asked about his take on such reports, he calmly said, “I have no reaction since I don’t even know what has been out in the media.”
