Bhubaneswar: Actress Bhoomika Dash has been introduced as Khushi in the first-look reveal of upcoming Odia film Exam: The Biggest Scam, directed by Aswin Tripathy. The character introduction offers a glimpse into the emotional world of a girl whose dreams and happiness are caught in the web of corruption in the education system.

In the first-look announcement, Bhoomika’s character introduces herself as Khushi, but says that she carries immense sadness within her. Her message highlights how education is widely regarded as the only way to escape poverty, hardship and deprivation, yet corruption has allegedly crept into the system, from college admissions to examinations.
The character’s emotional narration suggests that Khushi’s personal happiness has been sacrificed amid these irregularities. However, she believes that her sacrifice will not go in vain and will help secure a happier future for many others. Ending on an emotional note, she says, “I am the happiness of your home,” before inviting audiences to discover her story this December.
The film’s title, Exam: The Biggest Scam, had earlier generated curiosity among moviegoers, with many speculating about possible connections with controversies surrounding competitive examinations, including NEET and allegations of question paper leaks. However, the makers have not confirmed whether the film is based on any specific examination scam.
Presented by Ananya Entertainment in association with Babu Bhai Production, the film is directed by Aswin Tripathy and produced by Prabhati Acharya. The filmmaker, known for films such as Danger Devdas, Delivery Boy and Delivery Boy 2, is returning with a subject that appears to explore the darker side of the education system.
